David Hai Movie is a 2023 Bollywood comedy film directed by David Dhawan and starring Varun Dhawan, Ileana D'Cruz and Nargis Fakhri. The film is a remake of the 2014 film Main Tera Hero, which was also directed by David Dhawan and starred Varun Dhawan, Ileana D'Cruz and Nargis Fakhri. Plot
Seenu (Varun Dhawan) is a troublemaker who drops out of college in Ooty and moves to Mumbai to pursue his education. There he meets Sunaina (Ileana D'Cruz), a simple girl who works at a call center. He falls in love with her at first sight and tries to woo her. However, Sunaina is already engaged to Angad (Arunoday Singh), a ruthless cop who is involved in illegal activities. Angad threatens Seenu and warns him to stay away from Sunaina.
On the other hand, Ayesha (Nargis Fakhri), the daughter of a wealthy businessman Vikrant Singhal (Anupam Kher), sees Seenu on a train and falls for him. She tracks him down and tries to seduce him. She also asks her father to kidnap Sunaina and force Seenu to marry her. Vikrant agrees and sends his goons to abduct Sunaina.
Seenu learns about Sunaina's kidnapping and decides to rescue her. He also finds out that Angad is working for Vikrant and is planning to kill him after the wedding. He teams up with his friend Peter (Rajpal Yadav) and Sunaina's friend Veronica (Evelyn Sharma) to stop the villains. He also has to deal with Ayesha's obsession and God's (Salman Khan) voice in his head.

Review
David Hai Movie is a fun-filled comedy that does not take itself seriously. The film is full of witty one-liners, slapstick humor and references to other Bollywood films.
